Research is infrastructure.
Every claim we make ships with its graph, its adversary model, and the counter-factual we ran against it. If we can't show our work, we don't ship.

Publish when it's true.
No cadence, no drip. We publish when a finding holds up against real adversaries, and we retract when it doesn't. Honesty compounds; hype decays.

Autonomy is a contract.
Every agent action is reversible, auditable, and scoped. Machine speed without machine restraint is just faster failure, we build both at once.

Small team, wide surface.
Under 25 people. Flat, co-located when it matters, remote when it doesn't. Each person owns an unreasonable amount of the product, and is trusted to.
